5402NL 4 mils – High Modulus PTFE

5402NL is a high-modulus PTFE tape manufactured from 2 mil pure, unsupported virgin PTFE. It offers greater density and mechanical strength compared to standard skived PTFE tapes. Designed for high-temperature applications, 5402NL performs well in roller wrapping during polyethylene extrusion and lamination processes. Its excellent dielectric strength makes it suitable for insulating coils and transformers. In addition, it provides outstanding chemical resistance, abrasion durability, and a non-stick, low-friction surface—all while maintaining excellent conformability.
