Flying Splice

Repulpable solutions for joining a new reel to the running web without interrupting production. The range includes integrated tesa® EasySplice solutions, double-sided tapes and die-cut options for traditional splice patterns, different production speeds and a variety of paper surfaces.

Permanent Static Splicing

Repulpable solutions for creating permanent web connections that remain in the finished reel. The range includes single- and double-sided tapes for covered butt and overlapped splice configurations, with options for standard, rough and heavier paper grades. CaRes® adhesive options are available for papers containing calcium carbonate fillers or coatings.

Temporary static splicing

High-tack, double-sided repulpable tapes for temporary static splices that remain in the web for only a limited stage of the production process. Options are available for most paper grades, including thin papers.

Core starting

Repulpable solutions for securely attaching the web to reel cores. Options are available for different core surfaces and for manual or automated application.

End tabbing

Repulpable solutions for securely closing finished reels during handling, storage and transportation. Options are available for different paper grades and demanding storage conditions.
