Tape Dispenser with Safety Guard

The zcM1100 Tape Dispenser with Safety Guard is ideal for medium to high production of repetitive taping in industrial applications. It automatically cuts and advances predefined tape lengths from 0.79 to 39″ (20 to 999 mm) and accommodates tape widths from 0.28 to 2″ (7 to 51 mm). The safety guard prevents activation when foreign objects are present. Features include digital length adjustment, a photocell-activated feed mechanism, and a steel frame with a flame-retardant, anti-static composite housing. The dispenser has an estimated blade life of 200,000 cuts and adjustable pressure feed for different tape thicknesses.
