tesa Softprint® 73522 FE-X EA – Flex

tesa® 73522 is a soft-density foam plate mounting tape designed for mounting flexographic printing plates. It is equipped with a low tack acrylic adhesive that ensures excellent plate bonding, easy plate demounting, and strong tape adhesion to the sleeve side. Adhesive bond strength remains stable over time.

Its foam characteristics include low thickness tolerance, long-lasting recovery properties, and a flexible PE reinforcement film to compensate for the expansion of thin-walled sleeves.

This plate mounting tape is suitable for plate thicknesses from 1.14 mm (0.045”) to 1.70 mm (0.067”).
