tesa Softprint® 73426 FE – Flex

tesa® 73426 FE is a medium-density foam plate mounting tape designed for mounting flexographic printing plates. It is equipped with a low tack acrylic adhesive that allows excellent plate bonding, easy plate demounting, and excellent tape bonding towards the sleeve side.

Its foam characteristics include low thickness tolerance, long-lasting recovery properties, and a structured PP liner to prevent air pocket formation when mounting the plate. Additionally, a flexible PE reinforcement film compensates for the expansion of thin-walled sleeves.

This plate mounting tape is suitable for plate thicknesses from 1.14 mm (0.045”) to 1.70 mm (0.067”).
