tesa Softprint® 73524 FE-X – Flex

tesa® 73524 is a medium-density foam plate mounting tape designed for mounting flexographic printing plates. It is equipped with a low tack acrylic adhesive that allows excellent plate bonding, easy plate demounting, and strong tape bonding towards the sleeve side. Adhesive bond strength will not increase over time.

Its foam characteristics include highly compressible foam, long-lasting recovery properties, and low thickness tolerances. Additionally, a flexible PE reinforcement film compensates for the expansion of thin-walled sleeves.

This plate mounting tape is suitable for plate thicknesses from 1.14 mm (0.045”) to 1.70 mm (0.067”).
