tesa Softprint® 52015Steelmaster – Classic

tesa® 52015 is a medium-hard density foam plate mounting tape designed for photopolymer plates in flexographic printing. It is equipped with a high bonding on the open side, high bonding to plate, non increasing bonding power as well as a very cohesive adhesive structure. These characteristics help avoid plate movement and edge lifting while allowing an easy, residue free demounting. Its foam characteristics include highly compressible foam, long lasting recovery properties as well as low thickness tolerances.

This plate mounting tape is suitable for plates thicknesses from  67-100 mils.
