tesa® 74515 is a double-sided transfer tape with a modified acrylic adhesive designed for permanent bonding of low surface energy substrates such as polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) and EPDM. It provides excellent initial tack, strong shear strength and reliable primer less adhesion with high bonding power at just 125 μm thickness. Its carrier-free construction offers excellent conformability and resistance to humidity, chemicals, UV exposure and temperatures up to 200°C for short-term exposure. Tested according to VDA 278 for low VOC emissions and certified to UL 969 (File MH18055), it is suitable for industrial and precision mounting applications requiring clean bond lines and long-term durability.
