5403NL 5 mils – High Modulus PTFE

5403NL is a high-modulus PTFE tape made from 3 mil pure, unsupported virgin PTFE. It delivers higher density and strength than standard skived PTFE tapes, making it ideal for high-temperature roller wrapping during polyethylene extrusion and lamination processes. Its excellent dielectric strength makes it well-suited for insulating coils and transformers. Additionally, it provides reliable chemical resistance, abrasion durability, and a smooth, non-stick surface with low friction. The tape is also conformable, ensuring ease of application on irregular surfaces.
