SAF150
Two Component Methacrylate
SAF 150 is made of methacrylate adhesives, which brings a structural adhesion without the use of a primer. It offers high adhesive strength, high elongation as well as a low linear shrinkage of about 1%. It has the capabilities to resist impacts, vibrations and peeling.
It is recommended to use this product in temperatures varying between -40 and 150°C. It is also resistant to humidity during the assembly, UV effects as well as fresh, salt or demineralized water. It has also obtained the M1/F1 accreditation for fire and smoke resistance. SAF30 Ultimate can withstand aggressive environments such as alkaline, diluted acids, polar solvents, oils and more.

Applications
SAF Adhesives allow to bond a wide range of dissimilar materials and a large number of substrates including :
COMPOSITES : The SAF range offers numerous solutions to meet the increasing challenge of weight reduction by using composites. SAF low exotherm and thixotropic properties allow large gap filling, applications on vertical surfaces and no read through.
METALS: The SAF range is designed to bond a variety of metals like aluminium, steel, stainless or galvanized steel with low surface preparation. SAF high elasticity allows to support differential thermal expansion for hybrid bonding and avoid read through to aesthetic surfaces.
PLASTICS: The SAF range allows to bond numerous plastics including ABS, PMMA, PVC, PC and others. SAF ability to bond other materials makes possible to assemble plastic parts to metals, glass and composites.
