tesa® 2115 is a medium-hard density foam plate mounting tape designed for photopolymer plates in flexographic printing. It is equipped with a high bonding on the open side, sufficient bonding to plate, non increasing bonding power as well as a very cohesive adhesive structure. These characteristics help avoid plate movement and edge lifting while allowing an easy, residue free demounting. Its foam characteristics include highly compressible foam, long-lasting recovery properties as well as low thickness tolerances.  This plate mounting tape is suitable for plates thicknesses from 45-67 mils.
