Ils sont fabriqu\u00e9s avec un polym\u00e8re synth\u00e9tique qui peut r\u00e9sister \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures allant de -40\u00b0F \u00e0 350\u00b0F. Les rubans en PTFE sont \u00e9galement r\u00e9sistants \u00e0 la corrosion, au vieillissement, aux produits chimiques et sont utilis\u00e9s dans des applications \u00e0 haute pression telles que les syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;injection de carburant. De plus, les rubans en PTFE sont \u00e0 la fois hydrophobes et ol\u00e9ophobes, ce qui signifie qu&rsquo;ils sont r\u00e9sistants \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau et que le nettoyage est plus facile et plus complet. Enfin, ils sont tr\u00e8s faciles \u00e0 retirer ou \u00e0 r\u00e9appliquer et ne laissent aucun r\u00e9sidu sur les surfaces.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Il existe trois types diff\u00e9rents de rubans en PTFE. Tout d&rsquo;abord, vous avez le ruban en tissu PTFE, enduit de fibre de verre tiss\u00e9e. Sa rigidit\u00e9 di\u00e9lectrique \u00e9lev\u00e9e et sa r\u00e9sistance aux hautes temp\u00e9ratures sont parfaites pour les applications alimentaires et le thermoscellage.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite, il y a le ruban adh\u00e9sif en PTFE, enduit de fibre de verre tiss\u00e9e et d&rsquo;un adh\u00e9sif acrylique. Avec une faible rigidit\u00e9 di\u00e9lectrique et une faible r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature, il est surtout utilis\u00e9 pour les applications antiadh\u00e9sives. Ils sont tr\u00e8s pratiques et faciles \u00e0 retirer.<\/p>\n<p>Et enfin, vous avez le ruban de verre rev\u00eatu de PTFE, fabriqu\u00e9 avec de la fibre de verre tiss\u00e9e et un adh\u00e9sif silicone. Il a une rigidit\u00e9 di\u00e9lectrique plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e que le tissu PTFE et la m\u00eame r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la chaleur. Il est utilis\u00e9 sur des surfaces lisses pour des applications anti-adh\u00e9rentes et \u00e0 faible friction.<\/p>\n<p>Aujourd&rsquo;hui, ces rubans peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s dans un large \u00e9ventail d&rsquo;industries. Pour la fabrication de fen\u00eatres en PVC, ils sont appliqu\u00e9s sur les plaques de soudure pour permettre un transfert rapide de la chaleur. Dans les processus alimentaires, ils permettent l&rsquo;adh\u00e9sion et la transformation d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients comme les tortillas, le bacon et les biscuits. Dans la fabrication d&#8217;emballages et de sacs en plastique, ils aident \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation de films r\u00e9tractables, de blisters, de formes et bien plus encore.\u00a0 Enfin, ils sont parfaits pour isoler les c\u00e2bles et les assemblages de connecteurs dans l&rsquo;\u00e9lectronique.
